First, log in to your Reddit account, which you will delete later on.
On the top right corner, you will see your name; click on it and select the option ‘Profile’.
To view your posts, click on the Posts option given at the top of the page. You can also view the comments by clicking on the comments option.
Choose and select the Delete option given on the drop-down menu.
